- Shake before using. Apply evenly and generously before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours during periods of high exposure, after sweating, swimming or towelling the skin. In order to achieve the declared SPF protection levels you need to apply the same amount used for SPF testing, which is 2mg of product per cm2. This quantity would be the equivalent of 6 teaspoons-full of product (36g) to cover the whole body of an average-sized adult.
