TONE: Hyperpigmentation noted to left brow (patch) and right cheek patches (x4). Mild redness to cheeks.

 

TEXTURE: Dry skin with noticeable fine lines upon hydration test. Some congestion under the skin resulting in a bumpy texture.

 

ELASTICITY & CIRCULATION: Fine lines upon elasticity test (due to dryness) , circulation perfect.

 

ACNE GRADE: Random breakouts that are not obviously linked to menstrual cycle. Possibly due to skin dryness and impaired barrier.

 

SKIN TYPE: Dry

 

FITZPATRICK SCALE: Type 2/3 - Sometimes burns, often tans.

DIETARY ADVICE

Healthy skin starts from within, therefore it's important to maintain good gut health.
Minimising inflammatory foods such as sugars, fatty, dairy and fried foods helps to maintain a happy gut.

Inflammatory foods examples: milk, cheese, citrus fruits, chocolate, chips etc.
Anti-inflammatory food examples: leafy greens, fatty fish (salmon), berries, and nuts.

We recommend supplementing your diet to ensure you receive all key nutrients needed to feed your skin and body.

Special recommendations to target dryness and hyperpigmentation: omegas and vit A
